FAQs
- How long have you been in business?
- Alan and Kathryn Frazier renovated and opened the Wine Country Inn, their first B&B in 1996. They purchased the original White House Tavern shortly after marriage in 1982. Alan renovated the tavern showcasing the original 1885 building as an up-to-date restaurant. He gutted and built the Edelweiss Jacuzzi Suites that began operation in 1998.
- Does our stay include breakfast?
- Breakfast is served between the hours of 8:30-9:30am in the Historic Dining Room operated by Ashley’s Rose (formerly the White House – by the way also a great choice for dinner). Our current menu starts with coffee and juice and includes:

- Our Signature Dish “Stuffed French Toast”
- “Edelweiss Eggs Benedict” with an unusual twist served with Potato Pancakes, and Sausage.
